实验室间比对活动中的质量管理——以扬通徐镇泰疾控系统实验室间比对试验活动为例

摘　　要：目的分析扬通徐镇泰疾控系统实验室间比对试验活动,提高实验室质量管理水平。方法对2023年扬通徐镇泰疾控系统实验室间比对试验活动进行统计分析。结果参加本次比对试验的共有扬通徐镇泰疾控系统40个实验室,其中35个实验室报告了水中镉测定结果,满意率为97.14%;29个实验室报告了活性炭管中乙酸丁酯的测定结果,满意率为96.55%;38个实验室报告了半固体培养基中混合菌种鉴定的测定结果,符合率为97.37%。部分实验室在检测报告的规范性、原始记录的溯源性上存在问题。结论各参试实验室总体检测能力比较稳定,实验室质量体系运转良好。需进一步提高检测报告和原始记录等的质量,不断提高实验室质量管理水平。Objective This study was aimed at analyzing the inter-laboratory comparative testing activities among Disease Control Institutions of Yangzhou,Nantong,Xuzhou,Zhenjiang,and Taizhou,to improve laboratory quality management.Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on inter-laboratory comparative testing activities among Disease Control Institutions of Yangzhou,Nantong,Xuzhou,Zhenjiang,and Taizhou in 2023.Results Forty laboratories at five Institutions participated in this comparative experiment,among which 35 laboratories reported the results of cadmium determination in water,with a satisfaction rate of 97.14%;29 laboratories reported the determination results of butyl acetate in activated carbon tubes,with a satisfaction rate of 96.55%;and 38 laboratories reported the determination results of mixed bacterial species identification in semi-solid culture media,with a compliance rate of 97.37%.Some laboratories had issues with the standardization of testing reports and the traceability of original records.Conclusions The overall testing ability of each participating laboratory was relatively stable,and the quality system of each laboratory operated well.Further improvement in the quality of testing reports and original records is necessary,to continually enhance laboratory quality management.
