摘  要:目的了解扬州市校医及保健教师队伍配备现状,为进一步加强学校卫生保健队伍建设和完善相关政策提供参考依据。方法2019年12月,应用普查的方法采用中国疾控中心统一编制的问卷对扬州市370所公办中小学校开展问卷调查,内容包括学校基本情况、校医和保健教师人员配备情况,组间比较采用χ^(2)检验、Fisher精确概率法或Fisher-Freeman-Halton精确检验。结果本次有效调查353所学校,322所学校共配备校医和保健教师468人(校医74人,保健教师394人),校医和保健教师总体配备率为91.22%,总配置比791∶1,不同类型学校校医配备率不同,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=44.708,P<0.05)。学生数≥600名的学校有188所,其中44所学校配备了专职校医,总体达标率为1.06%,应配专职校医541人,已配专职校医66人,专职校医缺口475人。学生数<600名的学校有165所,其中150所学校配备了校医/保健教师,总体达标率为90.91%,保健教师缺口15人。结论扬州市中小学校校医及保健教师配备现状不理想,专职校医缺口较大,保健教师配备尚有不足。教育、卫生行政部门亟须探寻新的协作机制,加强校医/保健教师队伍建设。Objective This study was aimed at understanding the current status of the allocation of school doctors and health care teachers in Yangzhou City,to provide a scientific basis and reference for strengthening the construction of school health care teams and improving related policies.Methods In December 2019,a questionnaire survey was conducted among all 370 primary and secondary schools in Yangzhou through census methods.The questionnaire was compiled by the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention.The survey contents included the basic status of schools,and the staffing of school doctors and health teachers.Theχ^(2)test,Fisher’s exact test,or Fisher-Freeman-Halton exact test was used for comparisons between groups.Results Among the 353 schools surveyed,322 schools had 468 school doctors and health care teachers(74 school doctors and 394 health care teachers).The overall allocation rate of school doctors and health care teachers was 91.22%,and the total allocation ratio was 791∶1.The allocation rates of school doctors significantly differed according to school type(χ^(2)=44.708,P<0.05).A total of 188 schools had more than 600 students,among which 44 schools had full-time school doctors,thus resulting in an overall rate of compliance of 1.06%.A total of 541 full-time school doctors should have been assigned,whereas 66 were assigned as full-time school doctors,thereby indicating a shortage of 475 full-time school doctors.A total of 165 schools had fewer than 600 students,150 of which had school doctors or health teachers,thus resulting in an overall rate of compliance of 90.91%and a shortage of 15 health teachers.Conclusions The current status of the allocation of school doctors and health care teachers in primary and secondary schools in Yangzhou is not ideal.The number of full-time school doctors was severely insufficient,and the number of health teachers was also insufficient.The departments of education and health must urgently explore new assistance mechanisms to strengthen the construction of team
