摘 要:为提高四川省固体废弃物资源化利用率,对四川地区生产的电炉磷渣、锂渣、钒钛矿渣和钢渣的胶凝材料性能进行研究。研究了不同掺量下4种矿物掺合料单掺及复合对胶凝材料流动性和活性的影响,并探究复合胶凝材料活性提升方法。结果表明,锂渣的掺入会降低胶凝材料的流动度,磷渣、钒钛矿渣和钢渣可以提升胶凝材料的流动度。4种矿物掺合料的28 d抗压活性从小到大依次为钒钛矿渣<钢渣<磷渣<锂渣;降低磷渣的细度粉、掺入少量磨细熟料粉,可有效提升复合矿物掺合料的活性,且对复合矿物掺合料的流动性能没有明显的不利影响。In order to improve the utilization rate of solid waste resources in Sichuan province,the cementing material properties of phosphorus slag,lithium slag,vanadium titanium slag and steel slag produced in Sichuan area were studied.The effects of four kinds of mineral admixtures on the fluidity and activity of cementified materials were studied,and the methods of improving the activity of composite cementified materials were explored.The results show that the addition of lithium slag can reduce the fluidity of the cementing material,while phosphorus slag,vanadium titanium slag and steel slag can increase the fluidity of the cementing material.The 28 d compressive activity of the four mineral admixtures varies from small to large as follows:vanadium titanium slag<steel slag<phosphorus slag<lithium slag;Reducing the fineness powder of phosphorus slag and adding a small amount of fine clinker powder can effectively improve the activity of composite mineral admixture,and there is no obvious adverse effect on the flow performance of composite mineral admixture.
