摘 要:为分析弹性支承对缠绕成型碳纤维增强复合材料(carbon fiber reinforced polymer,CFRP)轴压构件稳定性能的影响,提出一种改进的Perry—Robertson计算公式。为验证其正确性,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立文献中缠绕成型CFRP轴压构件的模型,与试验结果对比验证其有效性。采用经验证的有限元模型进行受力分析,将承载力的公式计算结果与试验结果和有限元分析结果进行比较表明,改进的Perry—Robertson公式能够较好地计算弹簧铰支承缠绕成型CFRP轴压构件的稳定承载力。In order to analyze the influence of the stable bearing capacity of wound carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)axial compression members supported by spring hinges,an improved Perry-Robertson formula is proposed in this paper.To validate the correctness of the formula,ABAQUS is used to create the finite element models of winding CFRP axial compression members of a literature.Comparing the calculation results of the formula and the experimental results,the formula is proved to be effectiveness.The verified finite element model was used for analysis.Comparing the calculated results of the proposed formula,the experimental results and finite element analysis results,it is clear that the improved Perry-Robertson formula can predict the stable bearing capacity of CFRP axial compression members supported by spring hinges with minor error.
