摘　　要：脂肪(酸)是奶牛日粮中重要的营养素之一,其在奶牛日粮中不仅是重要的能量来源,而且还具有多种功能性作用。天然原料中的脂类主要以甘油三酯的形式存在,虽然在奶牛生产中这些脂类会经水解、氢化和转运,最终主要以游离脂肪酸的形式被机体吸收利用,但日粮中的不同脂肪(酸)类型(甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸、脂肪酸链的长短与饱和度等)在奶牛消化道中的消化过程和利用效率也会存在一定差异。本文就奶牛日粮脂类在奶牛消化道中不同部位的消化过程及不同脂类的消化效率等的研究进展进行了综述,为进一步的奶牛脂类营养研究及奶牛生产中脂类应用提供参考依据。Lipids(Fatty acids)is one of the major nutrients in dairy cows diet,it is not only serve as a significant source of energy but also has various functions in rumen metabolism and lactation performance in dairy cows.Lipids in natural feed ingredients mainly exist in the form of triglycerides,and even though lipids from the diets are ultimately mainly absorbed and utilized in the form of free fatty acid since the hydrolysis and biohydrogenation process in the digestive tract of dairy cows,there are still certain differences in the digestive process and digestibility of different fats(fatty acids)in the diet(triglycerides,free fatty acids,the different length and saturation degree of fatty acids chain,etc.).This article present an up-to-date summary of researches on the digestion process of dietary lipids in different sites of the digestive tract of dairy cows and the digestibility of some common fatty acids,to offer a reference for further researches on lipid nutrition in dairy cows and the application of fats products in dairy cow production system.
