摘　　要：植物多糖作为一种具备免疫调节、抗氧化、抗菌、抗肿瘤、降血脂和降血糖等多种生物活性的物质,在畜牧业领域展现出极大的应用潜力。其广泛的生物功能不仅有助于提高动物的免疫力,改善健康状况,增加生产性能,还能减少疾病发生率。本文从植物多糖的结构特点、生物学功能,以及在反刍动物上的作用机制及效果进行阐述,旨在为进一步推动植物多糖在反刍动物生产中的应用提供参考和依据。Plant polysaccharides,possessing diverse biological activities such as immunomodulation,antioxidation,antimicrobial properties,anti-tumor effects,hypolipidemic,and hypoglycemic properties,exhibit significant application potential in the field of animal husbandry.Their broad spectrum of biological functions not only contributes to enhancing animal immunity,improving health conditions,and increasing production performance but also helps reduce disease incidence.This article will provide a detailed exploration of the structural characteristics,biological functions,and specific applications of plant polysaccharides in animal husbandry.By elucidating the mechanisms and effects of plant polysaccharides in animal husbandry production,the aim is to offer an in-depth understanding and comprehensive guidance to further promote their utilization in the field.This discussion not only aids in expanding the application scope of plant polysaccharides in animal husbandry but also serves as a reference for promoting animal health,enhancing production efficiency,and driving sustainable development in the livestock industry.
