育种技术进展对中国荷斯坦牛育种工作的启示

摘  要:随着奶牛育种目标的变化,平衡育种理念不断更新,性状权重随之调整,到目前已形成相对稳定的平衡育种体系。全基因组选择技术的出现,大幅提高了育种估值的准确度和遗传改良速度。本文列举了种公牛后裔测定、中国等几个国家的育种体系、国内几个省份的育种指数、全基因组选择技术对奶牛遗传育种的影响,以期为从事奶牛遗传育种工作和牧场繁育的技术人员,在今后的育种目标、改良方向、冻精的选择等方面提供参考。With the change of dairy cattle breeding goals, the concept of balanced breeding is constantly updated, and trait weights are adjusted accordingly, forming a relatively stable balanced breeding system. The emergence of genome selection technology has greatly improved the accuracy of breeding valuation and the speed of genetic improvement. This article lists the breeding systems of seven countries including progeny testing of dairy cattle, China, the United States, Canada, Germany, the breeding values of leading dairy development provinces in China, and the impact of genome selection technology on dairy cattle genetic breeding, providing a reference for genetic breeding workers and breeding technicians in farms in future breeding objectives, improvement directions, and selection of frozen semen.
