摘 要:本试验旨在研究超排季节及次数对西门塔尔牛胚胎生产效率的影响,为提高西门塔尔牛胚胎生产效率提供数据支持。试验选取65头14~15月龄的西门塔尔牛分别在春季、夏季、秋季和冬季埋置孕酮、FSH注射、人工输精及胚胎回收,分析季节对胚胎生产效率的影响;选取21头14~15月龄的西门塔尔牛进行两次重复超排,两次超排间隔30d,分析同一个体超排次数对胚胎生产效率的影响。结果显示,秋季供体牛头均可用胚胎数量为7.91枚,显著高于春季的5枚、夏季的3.33枚和冬季的4.26枚(P<0.05),春、夏、冬季节供体牛头均可用胚胎数量无差异。夏季供体牛的可用胚率最低(0.31),显著低于其他季节供体牛的可用胚率(P<0.05)。第一次超排的生产胚胎总数、可用胚胎数量及可用胚率略高于第二次超排两次,但差异不显著。结果表明,西门塔尔牛胚胎生产应在秋季进行,可获得最佳效果,而超排次数未对胚胎生产效率产生显著影响。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of superovulation season and repeated times on embryo production efficiency of Simmental cattle,and to provide data support for improving embryo production efficiency of Simmental cattle.In this experiment,65 Simmental cattle aged 14-15 months were implanted with progesterone,injected with FSH,artificial fertilization and embryo recovery in spring,summer,autumn and winter,respectively,to analyze the effects of seasons on embryo production efficiency.A total of 21 Simmental cattle aged 14-15 months were selected for two repeated superovulations with an interval of 30 days,and the effect of the number of superovulations on embryo production efficiency was analyzed.The results showed that the number of available embryos from each donor cow head in autumn was 7.91,which was significantly higher than 5 in spring,3.33 in summer and 4.26 in winter(P<0.05).There was no difference in the number of available embryos from each donor cow head in other seasons.The available embryo rate of donor cattle in summer was the lowest(0.31),which was significantly lower than that in other seasons(P<0.05).The total number of embryos produced in the first superovulation,the number of available embryos and the rate of available embryos were slightly higher than those in the second superovulation,but the difference was not significant.Finally,the results showed that embryo production in Simmental cattle should be carried out in autumn to obtain the best results,and repeated times did not have a significant effect on embryo production efficiency.
