摘　　要：为了深入了解造成河南省犊牛腹泻的主要病原及其流行情况,明确犊牛腹泻病因、扩充河南省内犊牛腹泻病原的流行数据,本研究对河南省内犊牛腹泻粪便送检样品采用荧光定量PCR法进行7种常见腹泻病原检测。结果表明,河南省犊牛腹泻常见病原中隐孢子虫检出率最高,达到41.18%(42/102);BCoV和BRV其次,分别为24.51%(25/102)、14.71%(15/102);BVDV检出率3.92%(4/102);沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌K99检出率均为1.96%(2/102),副结核分枝杆菌未检出。除单一感染外,还有较多的混合感染情况,且病原流行情况有地区差异。In order to investigate the prevalence of the main pathogens of calf diarrhea in Henan Province,identify the causes of calf diarrhea,and enrich the epidemic data of calf diarrhea,7 common diarrhea pathogens were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR in the samples of calf diarrhea feces in Henan Province.The results showed that the detection rate of cryptosporidium was the highest in Henan Province,which was 41.18%(42/102).BCoV and BRV were followed by 24.51%(25/102)and 14.71%(15/102),respectively.The detection rate of BVDV was 3.92%(4/102).The detection rates of Salmonella and Escherichia coli K99 were 1.96%(2/102),and no mycobacterium avium subsp.paratuberculosis was detected.In addition to single infection,there are many mixed infections,and the prevalence of pathogens has regional differences.
