摘  要:针对道岔区钢轨变截面结构易变形且钢轨无智能伤损监测的问题,提出一种基于超声导波的道岔断轨监测系统,该系统主要由轨上设备和轨旁设备组成。重点研究轨上设备换能器、传感器的结构参数和运行参数,确定芯片AD1005加上压电集成电路IEPE接口电路设计的MEMS加速度传感器。通过现场安装与测试,验证轨上设备换能器与传感器设计的正确性,同时为岔区铁路智能化运维提供一定的思路和理论基础。In response to the problem that the variable cross-section structure of the rail in the turnout area is prone to deformation,and due to the lack of intelligent damage monitoring for the rail,this paper proposes a broken rail monitoring system based on ultrasonic guided waves for the turnout,which mainly consists of on-track equipment and trackside equipment.This research focuses on the structural and operational parameters of the transducers and sensors of the on-track equipment,and determines the MEMS acceleration sensor designed with AD1005 and IEPE interface circuit.Through on-site installation and testing,the correctness of the design has been verified for the transducers and sensors of the on-track equipment,and an idea has been provided and a theoretical basis has been laid for the intelligent operation and maintenance of railways in turnout areas.
