应用气相色谱—质谱法快速测定机动车尾气中多环芳烃含量

摘  要:应用气相色谱—质谱法快速测定机动车尾气中多环芳烃含量时,量取0.2 mL的汽车尾气试样,置于10 mL的试管,向试管中加入了3 mL的正己烷以及10μL的内标溶液,使用超声波清洗器确保充分混合,合并2次上清液,并浓缩至1 mL,使用微孔滤膜将该浓缩溶液过滤并转入1.5 mL取样瓶,应用气相色谱—质谱法绘制标准曲线,用线性回归法测定不同多环芳烃的含量。实验结果表明,萘、苊烯、苊等几种化合物的含量相对较高,而苯并[a]芘、二苯并[a,h]蒽等某些具有强烈致癌性的多环芳烃含量较低,实验证明应用气相色谱—质谱法能够快速并准确地测定出机动车尾气中多环芳烃含量。When using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to quickly determine the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in motor vehicle exhaust,0.2 mL of the car exhaust sample was taken and placed in a 10 mL test tube.3 mL of n-hexane and 10μL of the internal standard solution were added to the test tube and was thoroughly mixed using an ultrasonic cleaner.The supernatants were combined twice and concentrated to 1 mL.The concentrated solution was filtered using a microporous filter membrane and transferred to a 1.5 mL sampling bottle.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to draw a standard curve and linear regression was used to determine the content of different polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.The experimental results show that the content of several compounds such as naphthalene,acenaphthene,and acenaphthene is relatively high,while some highly carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzo(a)pyrene and dibenzo(a,h)anthracene have lower content.This proves that the application of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry can quickly and accurately determine the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in motor vehicle exhaust.
