健脾补肾法配合埋线治疗小儿遗尿症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾补肾法配合埋线治疗小儿遗尿症的临床疗效。方法:选取遗尿症患儿65例,按照治疗干预方式的不同分别建立穴位埋线组(n=34)和联合治疗组(n=31)。穴位埋线组予以埋线疗法,联合治疗组予以健脾补肾法配合埋线疗法。观察并对比两组患儿临床治疗效果、治疗前后中医证候积分情况、睡眠质量、尿流动力学、膀胱功能变化情况。结果:联合治疗组临床治疗效果较穴位埋线组更佳(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医证候积分均值均得到明显改善,且联合治疗组评分明显低于穴位埋线组(P<0.05);治疗后两组睡眠质量均得到明显改善,且联合治疗组睡眠质量各维度均值均明显高于穴位埋线组(均P<0.05);治疗后两组最大尿流率时Pdet、MFR较治疗前明显升高,且联合治疗组各指标均值明显高于穴位埋线组(P<0.05);治疗后两组FS、膀胱容量较治疗前明显升高,两组BVWI均值均明显降低(P<0.05),且联合治疗组FS、膀胱容量均值明显高于穴位埋线组,联合治疗组BVWI均值明显低于穴位埋线组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾补肾法配合埋线治疗原发性小儿遗尿症可获得较好的治疗效果,对帮助患儿快速恢复正常睡眠质量具有积极意义。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of spleen and kidney tonifying therapy combined with thread embedding therapy in the treatment of pediatric enuresis.Methods:A total of 65 children with enuresis admitted to our hospital were included.Acupoint embedding group(n=34)and combined treatment group(n=31)were established according to different treatment intervention methods.The acupoint embedding group was given embedding therapy,and the combined treatment group was given invigorating spleen and invigorating kidney with embedding therapy.The improvement effect of clinical treatment,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,sleep quality,urine flow dynamics and bladder function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical therapeutic effect of combined treatment group was better than that of acupoint embedding group(P<0.05);after treatment,the mean scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were significantly improved,and the scores of combined treatment group were significantly lower than those of acupoint embedding group(P<0.05);after the end of treatment,the sleep quality of both groups was significantly improved,and the mean value of each dimension of sleep quality in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the acupoint embedding group(P<0.05);after treatment,Pdet and MFR at the maximum urinary flow rate of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and the mean value of each index in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the acupoint embedding group(P<0.05);after treatment,FS and bladder volume in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and the mean value of BVWI in both groups was significantly lower(P<0.05).The mean value of FS and bladder volume in combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in acupoint embedding group,and the mean value of BVWI in combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in acupoint embedding group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The spleen-invig
