针刺疗法中顾护正气思想探究

摘　　要：中医学中顾护正气的思想来源于《黄帝内经》。针刺疗法作为中医外治法的代表,是通过调动和激发人体自身气机来达到防治疾病的目的,运用不当亦会导致气机损伤,因此在运用时同样需要注意顾护正气。本文从针刺疗法的治疗原则、适用禁忌和具体操作三个方面论述顾护正气在针刺疗法中的体现。针刺的治疗原则强调了其在调气和补虚泻实时顾护正气的重要性,而从针刺禁忌来举例说明针刺不规范亦能导致伤及正气。在针刺操作中的全过程(包括从针刺前辨气、针刺守神、针刺手法调气、针刺留针及出针和针后调养等环节)都体现了针刺顾护正气及防止伤及正气的思想。现代研究虽无报道针刺是否会“伤正”,但针刺以“调气”为治疗手段,在运用时更要时刻谨记顾护正气。The concept of protecting Zhengqi in traditional medicine originates from the Huangdi Neijing.Acupuncture therapy,as a representative of external treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,aims to prevent and treat diseases by activating and regulating the body’s innate qi.Improper use of acupuncture can also lead to damage of the qi,so it’s also necessary to pay attention to protecting qi when using it.In this paper,we discuss the embodiment of nursing Zhengqi in acupuncture therapy from three aspects:treatment principles,applicable contraindications,and specific operations.We emphasize the importance of protecting Zhengqi in acupuncture.From the perspective of acupuncture contraindications,it is illustrated that non-standard acupuncture can also cause damage to Zhengqi.The concept of protecting and preventing damage to qi was evident throughout the entire process of acupuncture operation.This included identifying qi before acupuncture,maintaining the focus during acupuncture,regulating qi through acupuncture manipulation,keeping the needle in place,removing the needle,and post-acupuncture recovery.Although modern research has not reported any evidence of acupuncture causing harm to the body,it is based on the concept of“regulating qi”as a treatment method.It is important to consider the preservation of qi when utilizing acupuncture.
