肿瘤中医病机发展与“辨病识机”指导意义

摘　　要：中医辨治肿瘤的关键在于发掘核心病机,故辨病识机是肿瘤临床疗效提升的重要突破点。受制于肿瘤病机异同与互补关系的局限性,当前肿瘤病机研究仍陷入虚实两端的思维困局。本文从肿瘤病机发展出发,以辨病识机为切入点,基于当前肿瘤病机传承与发展现状,总结辨病识机理论指导下的肿瘤病机认识与应用,提出中医肿瘤局部与整体辨识、共性与衍生辨识、兼夹与复合辨识、时空与动态辨识的分类模式,为整合既往病机理论,厘清病机分类策略,优化病机精准辨识提供参考与借鉴。The key to the differentiation and treatment of tumors in traditional Chinese medicine is to explore the core pathogenesis,so the identification machine is an important breakthrough point for the improvement of the clinical efficacy of tumors,due to the limitations of the similarities and differences and complementarity of tumor pathogenesis,the current study of tumor pathogenesis is still trapped in both sides of thinking.Starting from the innovation and development of tumor pathogenesis,this paper takes the disease identification machine as the breakthrough point,summarizes the understanding and application of tumor pathogenesis under the guidance of the disease identification machine theory based on the current inheritance and development of tumor pathogenesis,and puts forward the classification modes of local and overall identification,common and derivative identification,concurrent and compound identification,space-time and dynamic identification of traditional Chinese medicine tumors,in order to integrate the past pathogenesis theory and clarify the classification strategy of pathogenesis,optimize the precise identification of pathogenesis to provide reference and reference.
