摘  要:目的:明确不同类型白花前胡品质差异,揭示前胡品质形成的根系内源机理,为前胡种质资源保护与开发提供理论依据。方法:以白花前胡为材料,采用大田试验,随机区组设计,研究6种类型前胡的产量、指标成分、养分含量及根系形态的差异,分析品质与养分吸收及根系生长的关系。结果:6种前胡(YS、LY、LX、LZ、Z、H)的品质具有很大差异。产量以H型最高,达36.00g/株,YS型最低。白花前胡甲素除YS型外,均合格;乙素仅Z、H型合格;浸出物和总灰分在6种类型中均合格。大、中、微量养分含量分别以氮、钙、铁为最高,产量与氮显著负相关,指标成分与钾显著正相关、与钙、铁等显著负相关;根系形态与产量和指标成分显著正相关,且与磷、钾、钙、镁等养分显著相关。与其他类型相比,H型中微量养分含量最低,磷、钾含量最高,根系形态具有一定优势。结论:前胡通过增加磷钾吸收、控制中微量矿质养分吸收和膨大根系、形成更多须根、构建更优根系形态,实现品质优化。H型品质更佳,根系养分吸收和生长更优,未来可用于优质种质的发掘。Objective:To clarify the quality differences among different cultivars in Peucedanum praeruptorum,reveal the endogenous root mechanisms of quality formation,and provide theoretical basis for the protection and development of germplasm resources.Methods:The P.praeruptorum was used as the material in this study,and a randomized block design was adopted in field experiments.The yield,index components,nutrient content,and root morphology characteristics among six cultivars(YS,LY,LX,LZ,Z,H)of P.praeruptorum were studied in this experiment.The relationship between quality and nutrient uptake,as well as root growth,was analyzed.Results:The results showed that there were significant differences in the quality of the six cultivars.The highest root biomass was occurred in the H-type,reaching 36.00 g/plant,and lowest in the YS-type.Except for the YS‑type,the content of praeruptorin A of the other cultivars were qualified.The praeruptorin B content of Z-type and H-type were qualified.The extracts and total ash content of each cultivar were qualified.The content of major,medium,and trace nutrients in six cultivation types were highest in nitrogen(N),calcium(Ca),and iron(Fe),respectively.However,biomass was significantly negatively correlated with N content,and index components were significantly negatively correlated with metal elements in medium and trace elements including Ca and Fe,while significantly positively correlated with potassium(K).The root morphology parameters were significantly positively correlated with yield and index components,and significantly correlated with the content of elements such as phosphorus(P),K,Ca and magnesium(Mg).H-type had the lowest content of trace metal elements and the highest content of P and K.In addition,the root morphology of H‑Type possessed certain advantages.Conclusion:The quality improvement of various cultivation types in P.praeruptorum could be achieved by increasing P and K content and reducing metal element content in the middle and trace nutrients.It could also be achiev
