摘 要:目的:建立油樟优树选择标准与筛选方法,为油樟优良品种选育提供技术参考。方法:采用5株优势木对比法初步筛选出80株油樟候选优树,以精油产量为选优目标,并基于油樟的生物学特性,选取鲜叶含油率、冠径比、冠形指数、冠高比和高径比等5个性状作为评价指标,通过计算这些性状的平均值、极差和标准差,建立综合评分方法,对候选优树进行综合评价。结果:入选的80株油樟优树在性状上表现出显著差异,其中冠径比变异最大,变异系数为27%,而鲜叶含油率变异较小,变异系数为9%。相关性分析显示,冠高比与冠形指数和冠径比呈极显著正相关,与高径比呈极显著负相关,并与鲜叶含油率呈负相关。候选优树综合评分结果通过单样本均值假设检验确定分数下限,最终筛选出总得分高于最低下限值(31.71)的41株油樟优良个体。结论:本研究筛选出41个优良油樟单株,为油樟优良无性系苗圃建立和良种选育提供了重要的种质资源。Objective:To establish the selection standard and screening method of superior trees of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum,and to provide technical guidance for the selection and breeding of superior varieties of C.longepaniculatum.Methods:80 candidate superior trees of oil camphor were preliminarily screened by the method of comparing 5 dominant trees,with essential oil yield as the target of selection,and based on the biological characteristics of C.longepaniculatum,5 traits such as leaf oil content rate,crown diameter ratio,crown shape index,crown height ratio,and height-todiameter ratio were selected as the evaluation indexes,and a comprehensive scoring method was established through the calculation of the mean,extreme deviation,and standard deviation of these traits to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate superior trees.Results:The 80 selected superior trees of C.longepaniculatum showed significant differences in traits,among which the crown to diameter ratio had the largest variation with a coefficient of variation of 27%,while the leaf oil content had a smaller variation with a coefficient of variation of 9%.Correlation analyses showed that the crown height ratio had a highly significant positive correlation with the crown shape index and the crown to diameter ratio,a highly significant negative correlation with the height-to-diameter ratio,and a negative correlation with the leaf oil content rate.The results of the combined scores of the candidate superior trees were tested by the one-sample mean hypothesis test to determine the lower limit of the scores,and 41 excellent individuals of C.longepaniculatum with a total score higher than the lowest lower limit value(31.71)were finally screened out.Conclusion:This study screened 41 excellent C.longepaniculatum single plants,which provided important germplasm resources for the establishment of C.longepaniculatum excellent asexual nurseries and seed selection and breeding.
