空心莲子草真菌性叶部病害病原鉴定

摘  要:目的:明确空心莲子草叶部病害病原真菌种类,为从空心莲子草天敌病原真菌角度探索入侵植物生物防治提供理论基础。方法:调查九江市长江沿岸地区空心莲子草叶部病害的发生和危害情况,采用组织分离法对空心莲子草叶部病害病原菌分离纯化,依据柯赫氏法则验证分离菌株致病性,并综合形态学和分子系统发育分析方法鉴定病原菌种类。结果:从空心莲子草病斑上共分离纯化得到15个菌株,经鉴定共6属9种。通过柯赫氏法则验证,发现Alternaria alternantherae,Colletotrichum truncatum,Fusarium arcuatisporum,Fusarium incarnatum,Nigrospora sphaerica,Nigrospora guilinensis,Nigrospora oryzae能侵染空心莲子草叶片,而Curvularia spicifera,Setosphaeria rostrata对空心莲子草无致病性。其中,Colletotrichum truncatum,Fusarium arcuatisporum,Fusarium incarnatum,Nigrospora sphaerica,Nigrospora guilinensis,Nigrospora oryzae均为空心莲子草上首次报道。结论:明确了九江市长江沿岸地区空心莲子草叶部病害病原真菌种类,为进一步开展入侵植物生物防治研究奠定基础。Objective:To clarify the pathogenic fungi of the leaf spot disease on Alternanthera philoxeroides,to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the biological control methods targeting the invasive plant A.philoxeroides,focusing on the pathogenic fungi that serve as natural predators.Methods:The occurrence of leaf spot disease on A.philoxeroides and its damage were investigated in Jiujiang along the Yangtze River.The pathogenic fungi were isolated and purified from the lesion of A.philoxeroides,and their pathogenicity were verified according to Koch's postulates.Based on morphological and molecular phylogenetic analysis,pathogenic fungi were identified.Results:A total of 15 isolates of leaf spot on A.philoxeroides were obtained.These isolates were identified into 9 species of 6 genera.The results of Koch’s postulates showed that Alternaria alternantherae,Colletotrichum truncatum,Fusarium arcuatisporum,Fusarium incarnatum,Nigrospora sphaerica,Nigrospora guilinensis and Nigrospora oryzae could infect the leaves,while Curvularia spicifera and Setosphaeria rostrata appeared to be nonpathogenic.Among the above pathogenic fungi,Colletotrichum truncatum,Fusarium arcuatisporum,Fusarium incarnatum,Nigrospora sphaerica,Nigrospora guilinensis and Nigrospora oryzae were first reported as causeing leaf spot on A.philoxeroides.Conclusion:It revealed the diversity of pathogenic fungi causing leaf spot of A.philoxeroides.This study provided a scientific basis for further research on biological control of invasive plants.
