摘 要:为解决G公司钢铁物流园目前存在的堆垛布局不合理、排队等货时间较长等问题,文章运用ABC分类、IQ-IK交叉分析以及多品种搭配频率分析三种方法,对出库数据从IQ、IK两个指标进行分析,从而得出各种钢材在出货量中所占的份额,以此得到ABC分类结果。最终根据EIQ-ABC分类结果对G公司钢铁物流园堆垛进行了优化,以定期出入库数据为依据,基于实发重量、发货次数、以及二者交叉分析原则,更新ABC三类钢种规格,预留人工干预仓位。并根据钢厂次月生产计划,摆放变化较大的钢种规格,最终完成堆垛规划以及仓位管理。To solve the problems of unreasonable stacking layout and long waiting time for goods in G Company's steel logistics park,this article uses three methods:ABC classification,IQ-IK cross analysis,and multi-variety matching frequency analysis to analyze the outbound data from IQ and IK indicators,in order to obtain the proportion of various types of steel in the shipment volume and the ABC classification results.Finally,based on the EIQ-ABC classification results,the stacking of G Company's steel logistics park is optimized.Based on regular inbound and outbound data,and based on the principles of actual weight,number of shipments,and cross analysis between the two,the specifications of ABC three types of steel are updated,and manual intervention storage space is reserved.And according to the steel plant's production plan for the following month,steel grades with significant changes in specifications are placed,and ultimately stacking planning and warehouse management is completed.
