摘　　要：本文旨在深入研究耳穴护理在便秘防治中的最新研究进展,并综合探讨其生理作用、效果、机制解释、应用实践以及未来研究方向。综述先前的研究发现,耳穴护理在提高排便频率、减轻排便困难和改善排便质量等方面表现出潜在的疗效。耳穴护理通过神经路径和生物化学作用,对便秘产生积极的调节效果。临床实验证明了其有效性,并且确认了它对神经系统和生物标志物的正面影响。案例研究展示了耳穴护理作为个体化和可持续治疗的潜力。综述深入探讨了耳穴护理的生理作用和机制,并提出了未来研究的问题。耳穴护理在缓解便秘症状方面显示出潜力,为患者提供了有效、可持续的治疗选择,有望改善生活质量。未来研究将扩展我们对耳穴护理应用前景的认识,提供更多治疗策略。To study the latest research progress of auricular point nursing in prevention and treatment of constipation deeply and explore its physiological function,effect,mechanism explanations,application practice and future research directions comprehensively.By reviewing previous studies,it is found auricular point nursing has potential curative effect in increasing bowel frequency,reducing difficulty in defecation and improving bowel quality.Auricular point nursing can affect constipation through neural pathways and biochemical effect,clinical trials and studies have confirmed its effect and positive effect on nervous system and biomarkers.The case study demonstrates potential of auricular point nursing as the individualized and sustainable treatment.The review explores physiological effect and mechanisms of auricular point nursing thoroughly and proposes future research issues.Auricular point nursing has shown potential in alleviating constipation symptoms,provided patients with effective and sustainable treatment options,which is expected to improve the life quality.Future research may expand our understanding of application prospects of auricular point nursing and provide more treatment strategies.
