摘　　要：目的 分析超声乳化白内障吸除(Phaco)及人工晶状体植入术(IOL)治疗超高度近视伴白内障的方式和效果。方法 选取2022年9月—2023年9月本院75例(患眼120只)超高度近视伴白内障患者开展研究,均予以Phaco+IOL治疗,分析临床疗效。结果 术后,75例患者的屈光度明显改善(P<0.05);术后患者的裸眼视力、矫正视力和眼轴长度均明显优于术前(P<0.05)。结论 针对超高度近视伴白内障者,采取Phaco+IOL治疗,能有效改善患者视力,安全性高,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the methods and effect of phacoemulsification cataract extraction(Phaco)and intraocular lens implantation(IOL)for ultra-high myopia with cataract.Methods The paper chose 75 patients(120 affected eyes)with high myopia and cataracts in our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 for study,treated with Phaco+IOL,and analyzed clinical effect.Results The postoperative time was prolonged,and refractive error of 75 patients improved significantly(P<0.05).Uncorrected visual acuity,corrected visual acuity,and axial length of patients afer surgery was significantly better than before(P<0.05).Conclusion Phaco+IOL treatment can improve vision of patients with high myopia and cataracts effectively,with high safety and promotional value.
