脊柱内矫正器在脊柱侧弯中的辅助作用及对肩关节活动度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脊柱内矫正器在脊柱侧弯中的辅助作用及对肩关节活动度的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年2月本院收治的80例脊柱侧弯患者为研究对象,并根据随机数表法分为试验组和参照组,每组40例。其中,参照组采用常规护理措施,试验组患者采用脊柱内矫正器进行干预,比较干预前后两组患者肩关节活动度、影像学测量指标、疼痛评分和焦虑评分,观察两组患者并发症发生情况。结果干预后试验组患者前屈、外旋和后伸角度均高于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后试验组患者Cobb角、C7棘突垂线与骶骨中心结节垂线偏离距离(C7-CSVL)及顶椎偏移距离(AVT)指标均低于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后试验组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和医院焦虑抑郁情绪测量表(HAD)均低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者并发症发生率明显低于参照组(P=0.019)。结论脊柱内矫正器可改善脊柱侧弯患者肩关节活动度,减轻患者疼痛,缓解患者焦虑,减少并发症,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore auxiliary function of intraspinal corrector for scoliosis and its effect on shoulder joint range of motion.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with scoliosis in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023,and divided them into the experimental group and the reference group with random number table method.The reference group was treated with routine nursing measures,while the experimental group with intervention with intraspinal corrector.The shoulder joint range of motion,imaging measurement indicators,pain scores and anxiety scores were compared before and after intervention between two groups,and incidence of complications was observed between two groups.Results After intervention,the anteflexion,external rotation,and backward extension angles of the experimental group were higher than the control group,(P<0.05).After intervention,the Cobb angle,C7-CSVL,and AVT levels of the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the VAS s cores and HAD scores of the experimental group were lower than reference group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications of the experimental group(4.17%)was significantly lower than reference group(20.83%)(χ^(2)=5.541,P=0.019).Conclusion Intraspinal corrector can improve shoulder joint range of motion,alleviate pains,anxiety,and reduce complications of patients with scoliosis,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
