在冠心病介入治疗中应用血小板功能检测的效果

摘　　要：目的 探究对冠心病介入治疗患者实施血小板功能检测的价值。方法 选择2022年8月—2023年8月本院收治的冠心病介入治疗患者120例作为研究对象,对所有患者均在治疗前进行血小板聚集功能检测,并分析结果。结果 120例患者经过介入治疗后,有效92例,无效28例,总有效率为76.67%;有效组与无效组在性别、年龄、体重指数以及血管病变支数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);有效组最大聚集率、平均聚集率及红细胞最大聚集率均低于无效组,有效抑制率及平均抑制率均高于无效组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过Spearsman分析,血小板功能检测中最大聚集率、平均聚集率及红细胞最大聚集率均与冠心病介入治疗有效存在负相关性,有效抑制率及平均抑制率与冠心病介入治疗存在正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 冠心病患者在介入治疗前进行血小板功能检测,对介入治疗有重要指导作用。Objective To explore application value of platelet function testing for patients with coronary heart disease with interventional therapy.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with coronary heart disease with interventional therapy in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 as key research population,treated with platelet aggregation function testing before treatment,and analyzed test result.Results After interventional treatment,92 cases were effective and 28 cases ineffective,with a total effective rate of 76.67%.There was no significant difference in gender,age,body mass index,and number of vascular lesions between the effective group and the ineffective group(P>0.05).The maximum aggregation rate,average aggregation rate,and maximum red blood cell aggregation rate of the effective group were lower than the ineffective group,while effective inhibition rate and average inhibition rate were higher than the ineffective group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Spearman analysis found,the maximum aggregation rate,average aggregation rate,and maximum red blood cell aggregation rate in platelet function test were negatively correlated with effect of coronary intervention therapy,while effective inhibition rate and average inhibition rate were positively correlated with coronary intervention therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion Platelet function testing before interventional therapy plays an important guiding role in interventional therapy of patients with coronary heart disease.
