儿童呼吸道感染临床药物治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨儿科呼吸道感染药物的治疗效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月本院符合儿童呼吸道感染诊断标准的80例患者作为研究对象。采用双盲法对所有患者进行分组。其中,对照组(40例)接受常规抗感染治疗,观察组(40例)接受分剂量药物治疗。比对两组治疗有效率、临床症状改善时间、发病次数、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各临床指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组的治疗后平均发病次数高于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取分剂量药物治疗方案开展儿童呼吸道感染治疗工作,有利于提高治疗效果,缩短临床相关症状持续时间,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the effect of drug therapy for pediatric respiratory tract infections.Methods The paper chose 80 patients met diagnostic criteria for pediatric respiratory tract infections based on comprehensive clinical diagnosis in the hospital from January 2022 to January 2023,and divided them into two groups with double-blind method.The control group(40 cases)was treated with routine anti infection treatment,and the observation group(40 cases)with dose drug treatment.Curative effect,clinical symptom improvement time,frequency of onset,and incidence of adverse reactions was compared between two groups.Results Curative effect in the observation group was higher based on total proportion data,with P<0.05,indicating significant statistical difference.Clinical indicators in the observation group were higher,with P<0.05,indicating significant statistical difference.Average incidence and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was better than the control group,with P<0.05,indicating significant statistical difference.Conclusion Dosage based medication treatment plan can improve curative effect,shorten duration of clinically relevant symptoms,and reduce incidence of adverse reactions of pediatric respiratory infections.
