摘　　要：目的 探讨多感官促醒干预措施对促进行颅内血肿清除术后昏迷患者康复的效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年2月本院收治的行颅内血肿清除术后患者94例,并根据随机数表法分为试验组和参照组,每组47例。其中,参照组采用常规术后护理干预措施,试验组患者在常规护理基础上给予多感官促醒干预措施,比较两组患者干预前后昏迷和神经功能评分、神经递质水平、认知功能和精神状态评分,并比较两组患者并发症发生率。结果 干预后,试验组患者GCS评分高于参照组,NIHSS评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组患者NE、Ach和DA水平均明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组患者MOCA评分和MMSE评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者并发症发生率明显低于参照组(P=0.025)。结论 多感官促醒干预措施可促进行颅内血肿清除术后昏迷患者康复,改善神经功能和神经递质水平,提高认知功能,减少并发症,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of multisensory awakening intervention measures on recovery of coma patients after intracranial hematoma evacuation surgery.Methods The paper chose 94 patients with intracranial hematoma evacuation surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023,and divided them into the experimental group and the reference group with random number table method.The reference group was treated with routine postoperative nursing interventions,while the experimental group with multisensory awakening interventions.The coma and neurological function scores,neurotransmitter levels,cognitive function,and mental state scores were compared between two groups before and after intervention,and incidence of complications was compared between two groups.Results After intervention,GCS scores of the experimental group were higher than the reference group,and the NIHSS scores were lower than the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,levels of NE,Ach,and DA in the experimental group were significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the MOCA scores and MMSE scores in the experimental group were higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group (P=0.025).Conclusion Multi sensory awakening intervention measures can promote recovery of coma patients after intracranial hematoma evacuation surgery,improve neurological function and neurotransmitter levels,enhance cognitive function,and reduce complications,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
