多样化健康教育应用于计划免疫接种工作中的价值

摘　　要：目的 评价多样化健康教育应用于计划免疫接种工作中的价值。方法 选择2022年4月—2023年3月在本中心预防接种门诊建档的371例预防接种儿童及其家长,前期采用常规干预方式的儿童及其家长被设为对照组,后期增加多样化健康教育的儿童及其家长被设为研究组,分别为185例、186例,6个月后比较两组儿童及时接种率、接种依从性、不良反应发生率、(家长的)计划免疫接种知识知晓率、家长对预防接种的满意度。结果 对照组儿童的接种依从性为74.05%(137/185),研究组为86.56%(161/186),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组儿童的不良反应发生率为5.41%(10/185),研究组1.61%(3/186),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组家长的计划免疫接种知识知晓率为77.84%(144/185),研究组为94.09%(175/186),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组家长对预防接种的满意度为88.65%(164/185),研究组为97.31%(181/186),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组儿童的及时接种率为82.16%(152/185),研究组为96.24%(179/186),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多样化健康教育有利于家长加深对计划免疫接种知识的了解,提高儿童的及时接种率和接种依从性,减少接种的不良反应,提高家长对预防接种的满意度。Objective To evaluate the value of diversified health education for planned immunization.Methods The paper chose 371 parents of vaccinated children registered in vaccination clinic of our center from April 2022 to March 2023.The children and their parents treated with routine intervention at early stage were included in the control group,and those and their parents with diversified health education at later stage in the study group,with 185 and 186 cases respectively.After 6 months,timely vaccination rate,vaccination compliance,incidence of adverse reactions,awareness of planned immunization knowledge(of parents),and parental satisfaction degree with vaccination was compared between two groups.Results Vaccination compliance rate of the control group was 74.05%(137/185),significantly lower than 86.56%(161/186)in the study group,(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 5.41%(10/185),significantly higher than 1.61%(3/186)in the study group(P<0.05).Awareness rate of planned immunization knowledge of parents in the control group was 77.84%(144/185),significantly lower than 94.09%(175/186)in the control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree with vaccination of parents in the control group was 88.65%(164/185),significantly lower than 97.31%(181/186)in the study group(P<0.05).Timely vaccination rate of the control group was 82.16%(152/185),significantly lower than 96.24%(179/186)in the study group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education is beneficial for parents to deepen understanding of planned immunization knowledge,improve timely vaccination rate and compliance of children,reduce adverse reactions to vaccination,and improve satisfaction degree of parents with preventive vaccination.
