摘　　要：目的 探索区域内三甲医院与基层医疗机构消毒供应中心基于网络平台的体系的资源共享实施效果。方法 建立区域消毒供应共享中心,对辖区内8家基层医院消毒能力范围外的可复用器械包,实行集中回收、清洗、消毒灭菌和统一发放,并及时开展质量监管,利用网络技术开展工作。选取上述8家基层医院2022年1月—2023年12月可复用器械包60个进行研究,其中,2022年1—12月为区域内消毒供应中心资源共享的实施方案前(实施前),2023年1—12月为区域内消毒供应中心资源共享的实施方案后(实施后)。比较实施前后的差异性。结果 实施后基层医疗机构消毒质量、复用医疗器械灭菌质量、各科室临床器械使用满意度有所提高,与实施前的比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于网络平台的区域内消毒供应中心资源共享,能使基层医院消毒供应室在复用医疗器械和消毒灭菌质量效率上得到显著提高,从而保障医疗安全。Objective To explore the implementation effect of a system of the central sterile supply department in tertiary hospitals and primary medical institutions based on network platform.Methods The paper established a regional disinfection supply sharing center to centrally recycle,clean,disinfect,and distribute reusable equipment packages outside the disinfection capacity of 8 grassroots hospitals within the jurisdiction,and carried outquality supervision timely based on network technology.Results:After implementation,the disinfection quality of primary medical institutions,the sterilization quality of reused medical equipment,and the satisfaction with the use of clinical equipment in various departments have improved,and the difference compared with before implementation is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Resource sharing in regional disinfection supply centers based on online platforms can significantly improve the reuse of medical equipment and the quality and efficiency of disinfection and sterilization in the disinfection supply rooms of grassroots hospitals,thereby ensuring medical safety.
