探讨心理疏导与精神护理在老年抑郁症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析老年抑郁症采取心理疏导及精神护理的效果。方法选取2021—2023年本院收治的50例老年抑郁症患者为研究对象,并随机分成对照组及试验组,每组25例。其中,对照组采取常规护理,试验组加以心理疏导及精神护理,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果相比对照组,试验组抑郁症状评分较低,且睡眠质量、生活质量改善效果较好,患者护理满意度表现较高(P<0.05)。结论对老年抑郁症患者实施心理疏导和精神护理,有助于减轻其抑郁状况,并有助于改善其睡眠状况。Objective To analyze effect of psychological counseling and mental nursing for elderly depression.Methods The paper chose 50 elderly patients with depression in the hospital,and divided them into control group and experimental group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while experimental group with psychological counseling and mental nursing.Curative effect was observed.Results Experimental group had lower scores for depression symptoms,higher improvements in sleep quality and life quality,and higher nursing satisfaction degree than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological counseling and mental nursing can alleviate depression and improve sleep quality of elderly with depression.
