质量敏感指标结合阶段递进式护理用于医院消毒供应中心护理质量改进的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨质量敏感指标结合阶段递进式护理用于医院消毒供应中心护理质量改进的效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月本院消毒供应中心收入的300件器械及120例患者为研究对象,根据时间的不同分为对照组(2022年1—12月,150件器械及60例患者)和观察组(2023年1—12月,150件器械及60例患者);两组由相同的10名护理人员(其中1名为消毒人员)开展工作;对照组采用阶段递进式护理,观察组采用质量敏感指标结合阶段递进式护理,对两组的干预效果进行比较。结果 观察组干预后消毒供应室器械各项合格情况均高于对照组,湿包发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);从各个维度满意度占比分析来看,相较于对照组,观察组满意度更高(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组患者对各项干预的满足度均高于对照组,各观察时点院内感染发生情况均为观察组更低(P<0.05)。结论 在医院消毒供应中心护理质量管理中,质量敏感指标与阶段递进式护理结合模式有较高的应用价值,有利于提升消毒供应中心器械合格率、患者及护理人员满意度,并可减少院内感染发生,可推广。Objective Based on the hospital disinfection supply center,the paper analyzes effect of quality sensitive indicators combined with staged progressive nursing in improving nursing quality.Methods The paper chose 150 instruments in the disinfection supply center and 60 patients from January 2022 to December 2023 as observation subjects,those from January 2022 to December 2022 were included in the control group,another 150 instruments and 60 patients in the observation group(from January 2023 to December 2023).Same 10 nursing staff served two groups(including 1 disinfection staff).The control group was treated with staged progressive nursing,while the observation group with combination of quality sensitive indicators and staged progressive nursing.Intervention effect between two groups was compared.Results After intervention,qualification of equipments in disinfection supply room in the observation group was higher than the control group,incidence of wet packs was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Proportion of satisfaction degree in various dimensions of the observation group was relatively higher than the control group,there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of the observation group with various interventions was higher than the control group.At each observation point,incidence of nosocomial infections in the observation group was lower than the control group,difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During nursing quality management of hospital disinfection supply center,combination of quality sensitive indicators and staged progressive nursing can achieve high application value,improve qualification rate of disinfection supply center equipment,satisfaction degree of patients and nursing staff,and reduce incidence of nosocomial infections,which can be promoted.
