摘　　要：Split liver transplantation(SLT)is a procedure where an intact donor liver is splitted into two anatomically and functionally independent grafts,which are transplanted to two recipients.SLT can effectively expand the source of donor liver,and has become the predominant surgical solution to the shortage of donor livers after years of exploration and refinement.
