摘  要:研究了18、27月龄福建牡蛎Crassostrea angulata二倍体和三倍体的壳型性状对体质量的影响,明确壳型性状与体质量之间的关系,为福建牡蛎多倍体的人工选育提供了基础资料。随机选取18、27月龄福建牡蛎二倍体和三倍体群体各50个个体,分别测量壳高(SH)、壳长(SL)、壳宽(SW)、体质量(TW)共4个数量性状,采用相关分析、多元回归分析、通径分析及决定系数分析壳型性状对体质量的作用效果。相关分析结果显示,福建牡蛎18月龄二倍体和27月龄三倍体的壳高和体质量的相关系数最大,18月龄三倍体和27月龄二倍体群体的壳宽和体质量的相关系数最大。通径分析结果表明,18月龄二倍体和三倍体群体中影响体质量的主要因素为壳高,27月龄二倍体群体为壳宽,27月龄三倍体群体为壳高。决定系数分析结果与通径分析结果相一致。根据多元回归分析结果,建立了壳型性状对体质量的4个最优回归方程,其相关指数R2均小于0.850,表明还可能存在对体质量影响较大的其他因素。The effects of shell shape traits on body weight of diploid and triploid populations of Crassostrea angulata at 18 and 27 months of age were studied.The relationship between shell shape traits and body weight was clarified,which provided basic data for artificial breeding of polyploid oysters.A total of 50 individuals of diploid and triploid populations of Crassostrea angulata at 18 and 27 months of age were randomly selected to measure the four quantitative traits of shell height(SH),shell length(SL),shell width(SW)and body weight(TW),respectively.Then,the correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis,path analysis and determination coefficient analysis were used to analyze the effect of shell shape traits on body weight.The results of correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between shell height and body weight of 18-month-old diploid and 27-month-old triploid populations of Crassostrea angulata was the largest,while the correlation coefficient between shell width and body weight of 18-month-old triploid and 27-month-old diploid populations of Crassostrea angulata was the largest.The results of path analysis showed that shell height was the main factor affecting body weight in the 18-month-old diploid and triploid populations,while shell width was the main factor in the 27-month-old diploid population,and shell height was the main factor in the 27-month-old triploid population.The result of coefficient of determination analysis was consistent with the result of the path analysis.According to the results of multiple regression analysis,four optimal regression equations of shell shape traits on body weight were established,and their correlation index R2 was less than 0.850,indicating that there might be other factors that had a greater impact on body weight.
