摘 要:为研究禽呼肠孤病毒(Avian reovirus,ARV)商品化疫苗不同免疫程序下的抗体消长及对鸡群生产性能的影响,设置免疫程序1(活疫苗+2次灭活疫苗)和免疫程序2(活疫苗+3次灭活疫苗),通过ELISA方法检测鸡群血清抗体的阳性率及滴度,评估鸡群死淘率、产蛋率和增重等指标来筛选较优的免疫程序。结果显示:免疫程序1和免疫程序2的抗体消长规律基本一致,在21周龄达到最大值,然后维持在相对较高的水平。其中免疫程序2的抗体滴度在21周龄时可达1.91×10^(4),而免疫程序1的最值仅为1.42×10^(4),且后期抗体水平显著低于免疫程序2;免疫程序2的父母代鸡群育雏育成期的死淘率为4.38%,低于免疫程序1的6.34%,其高峰产蛋率相较于免疫程序1的提高了1.43%。进一步统计子代商品代肉鸡的母源抗体发现,免疫程序2鸡群的母源抗体均值为8.53×10^(3),显著高于免疫程序1的6.76×10^(3)。同时,免疫程序2鸡群的子代商品代肉鸡的死淘率比免疫程序1降低了0.43%(0.49%/0.92%),且1周龄增重多12 g(164 g/152 g)。以上数据表明,免疫程序2无论在诱导抗体水平,还是在鸡群生产性能方面,均优于免疫程序1,这些结果为我国养殖场禽呼肠孤病疫苗免疫程序制定提供了参考依据。In order to study the antibody growth and elimination of avian reovirus(ARV)commercial vaccine under different immune procedures and its effect on the production performance of chickens,the immune procedure 1(live vaccine+2 times inactivated vaccine)and immune procedure 2(live vaccine+3 times inactivated vaccine)were set up.Then,the positive rate and titer of serum antibody in chickens were detected by using ELISA method,and the mortality rate,egg production rate and weight gain of chickens were evaluated to screen the better immune procedure.The results showed that the antibody growth-decline rule under the immune procedure 1 and immune procedure 2 were basically the same.The antibody reached the maximum at 21 weeks of age,and then maintaining at a relatively high level.The antibody titer under the immune procedure 2 reached 1.91×10^(4) at 21 weeks of age,while the maximum value under the immune procedure 1 was only 1.42×10^(4),and the antibody level was significantly lower than that under the immune procedure 2 at the later stage.During the brooding and rearing period,the mortality rate of parental generation chickens under the immune procedure 2 was 4.38%,which was lower than that under the immune procedure 1(6.34%),and the peak egg production rate was increased by 1.43% compared with that under the immune procedure 1.The further statistical analysis of maternal antibodies in offspring commercial broiler chickens showed that the mean value of maternal antibody in chickens immunized with program 2 was 8.53×10^(3),which was significantly higher than that immunized with program 1(6.76×10^(3)).Meanwhile,the mortality rate of offspring commercial broilers under the immune procedure 2 was 0.43%(0.49%/0.92%)lower than that under the immune procedure 1,and the weight gain of broilers at 1 week old was about 12 g(164 g/152 g).The above data showed that the immune procedure 2 was superior to the immune procedure 1 in both the level of antibodies induced and the production performance of chickens.These results provid
