优质红心甘薯新品种龙薯232的选育及特性分析

摘　　要：龙薯232是龙岩市农业科学研究所以岩薯5号为母本放任授粉自然杂交选育而成,2024年通过国家非主要农作物品种登记,登记编号为GDP甘薯(2024)3500029。龙薯232为鲜食型优质红心甘薯新品种,生育期135 d左右,薯块长纺锤形,薯皮红色,薯肉橘红色。薯块干物率26.14%,出粉率16.38%;食味品质香、甜、肉质细腻、纤维少;抗蔓割病,感薯瘟病;中抗甘薯黑斑病,中抗甘薯根腐病,抗茎线虫病;适宜在福建省推广种植,尤其在海边沙地种植表现更出色。Longshu 232 was bred by Longyan Institute of Agricultural Sciences through natural hybridization by using Yanshu No.5 as the female parent.In 2024,it was passed the national non-major crop variety registration,with the registration number of GDP Sweet Potato(2024)3500029.Longshu 232 was a new variety of fresh-eating sweet potato with high quality and red heart.The growth period was about 135 days.The tuber was long spindle-shaped,with red peel and orange tuber flesh.The dry matter rate of potato tuber was 26.14%,and the flour yield was 16.38%.The tuber tasted fragrant and sweet with delicate meat and less fiber.It was resistant to wilt disease,susceptible to potato blast disease;medium resistance to sweet potato black spot disease,medium resistance to sweet potato root rot disease,and resistant to stem nematodes disease.It was suitable for being planted in Fujian Province,especially in the sandy coastal areas.
