文旅融合视域下工业遗产旅游推动城市更新的作用研究

摘　　要：我国工业遗产面临城市更新和保护传承的双重挑战。文旅融合视角下,探究工业遗产旅游促进城市更新发展和可持续发展,是推动城市空间重构、产业结构升级的重要力量。本文选取工业遗产旅游促进城市更新的成功案例西影电影圈子和首钢园区,基于双案例对比分析,探究遗产共享、价值共享下的城市更新和可持续发展规律与路径。研究表明,工业遗产旅游促进城市更新应当重视工业遗产的独特价值、鼓励遗产共享理念下的公众认同与社区参与、塑造多元文化的怀旧记忆场景体验以及工业遗产旅游景观,并提出文旅赋能下工业遗产旅游促进城市更新的政策建议。China's industrial heritage is facing the double challenges of urban renewal and protection and inheritance.From the perspective of cultural and tourism integration,exploring the promotion of industrial heritage tourism to urban renewal development and sustainable development is important to promote the reconfiguration of urban space and the upgrading of industrial structure.The paper selects the successful cases of industrial heritage tourism for urban renewal,such as Xiying Film Circle and Shougang Park,and based on the comparative analysis of the two cases,exploring the rules and paths of urban renewal and sustainable development under the sharing of heritage and value.The research shows that industrial heritage tourism for urban renewal should emphasize the unique value of industrial heritage,encourage public recognition and community participation under the concept of heritage sharing,shape the multicultural nostalgic memory scene experience and industrial heritage tourism landscape,and put forward the policy suggestions of industrial heritage tourism for promoting urban renewal under the empowerment of culture and tourism.
