扶正养阴汤对绝经前ER阳性乳腺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能及性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨扶正养阴汤对绝经前雌激素受体(ER)阳性乳腺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能及性激素水平的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年6月于新余市人民医院行手术治疗的绝经前ER阳性乳腺癌患者132例,采用随机信封法分为对照组和观察组,各66例。对照组接受标准化疗治疗,观察组在标准化疗基础上加用扶正养阴汤治疗。对比2组治疗后临床疗效及安全性,治疗前后中医证候积分、免疫功能指标(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、性激素[促黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)]水平。结果:与对照组总有效率(69.70%)比较,观察组总有效率(90.91%)更高(P<0.05)。治疗后2组中医证候主症及次症积分均较治疗前降低,且与对照组比较,观察组中医证候积分更低(P<0.05)。治疗后2组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均较治疗前升高,且与对照组比较,观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均更高(P<0.05)。治疗后2组血清LH、FSH水平均较治疗前升高,但观察组LH、FSH水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组E_(2)水平均较治疗前降低,但观察组E_(2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组骨髓抑制、消化道反应、肝损害的发生率均更低(P<0.05)。结论:扶正养阴汤能提高绝经前ER阳性乳腺癌术后化疗患者的疗效,且安全可靠,对增强免疫功能及调节性激素水平方面具有积极作用。Objective:To explore the effects of Fuzheng Yangyin Decoction on the immune function and sex hormone levels in premenopausal estrogen receptor(ER)-positive breast cancer patients after postoperative chemotherapy.Methods:132 premenopausal ER-positive breast cancer patients who underwent surgery in Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 66 cases in each group.The control group received standard chemotherapy treatment,while the observation group received additional treatment with Fuzheng Yangyin Decoction on the basis of standard chemotherapy.Compare the clinical efficacy and safety of two groups after treatment,and compare the TCM syndrome scores,immune function indicators(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),and sex hormone levels(luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2)),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)]before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the total effective rate of the control group(69.70%),the total effective rate of the observation group(90.91%)was increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the integral scores of the main and secondary symptoms of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the integral scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in both groups increased compared with those before treatment,and the CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of LH and FSH in both groups increased compared with those before treatment,but the levels of LH and FSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the E_(2) level in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,but the E_(2) level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidences of bone m
