中医综合疗法结合施罗斯疗法加支具矫正治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)采用中医综合疗法结合施罗斯疗法加支具矫正的临床效果。方法:选取江西中医药大学附属医院2023年1月—2024年6月收治的36例AIS患者,采用随机数字表法分为3组,各12例。对照组1使用施罗斯疗法+支具矫正,对照组2使用中医综合疗法+支具矫正,观察组使用中医综合疗法结合施罗斯疗法+支具矫正,比较3组的干预效果、Cobb角、顶椎偏距(AVT)等。结果:干预6个月后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组1、对照组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组Cobb角、AVT依次小于干预3个月、干预前,且观察组小于对照组1、对照组2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:AIS患者采用中医综合疗法结合施罗斯疗法加支具矫正临床效果满意,可降低Cobb角、缩小AVT。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of treating Adolescent Idiopathic Scol(AIS)with traditional Chinese medicine combined with schroth therapy and brace correction.Methods:36 AIS patients treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine were selected from January 2023 to June 202,and were divided into 3 groups with 12 in each group by using the random number table method.Control group 1 used schroth therapy and brace correction,control group 2 used traditional Chinese medicine and brace correction,and the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine combined with schroth therapy and brace correction.The intervention effects,cobb angle,and apical vertebral translation(AVT)of the three groups were compared.Results:After 6 months of intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2,with significant differences(P<0.05).The Cobb angle and AVT of the three groups were sequentially than those at 3 months of intervention and before intervention,and the observation group was smaller than control group 1 and control group 2,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of treating AIS patients with traditional Chinese medicine combined with schroth therapy and brace correction is satisfactory,which reduce the Cobb angle and AVT.
