从舌色探讨胰岛素抵抗型大鼠脾虚湿盛证的特点

摘  要:目的:通过建立胰岛素抵抗型大鼠模型,比较胰岛素抵抗型大鼠和正常大鼠舌色,分析胰岛素抵抗型大鼠是否具有脾虚湿盛证特点。方法:将22只SD大鼠随机分为模型组和正常组。模型组大鼠通过喂养高脂饲料和增加环境湿度的方法创建胰岛素抵抗型大鼠模型,并模拟中医舌诊观察大鼠舌色,确定以淡白、淡红、红、深红、淡紫、深紫定性分析舌色,得出每只大鼠不同时间段的舌质颜色。按颜色梯度分级对舌色评分,设淡白1分、淡红2分、红3分、深红4分、淡紫5分、深紫6分,得出了舌色的定量数据。结果:通过对大鼠空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素数据进行分析,得出在第6周时,胰岛素抵抗大鼠造模成功;在大鼠舌色观察中发现,造模初期大鼠的舌色相对于正常组大鼠颜色更淡,以淡白、淡红为主,造模中期的大鼠舌色有变红的趋势,后期模型组大鼠舌色以淡红为主。结论:通过喂养高脂饲料和增加环境湿度方法创建的胰岛素抵抗型大鼠,可能经历了湿热、脾虚2个阶段,所以舌色也由淡舌转变为红舌,最后变为淡红,这符合过食肥甘厚腻易造成脾虚湿盛的临床现象。Objective:To objectively determine whether insulin-resistant rats exhibit characteristics of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome,by establishing an insulin-resistant rat model and comparing and analyzing the tongue colors of insulin-resistant rats and normal rats.Methods:Twenty-two SD rats were randomly divided into two groups:the model group and the normal group.The model group rats were fed a high-fat diet to create an insulin-resistant rat model in environments with high humidity,and tongue diagnosis according to traditional Chinese medicine was performed to observe and analyze the tongue colors of the rats.Six colors,namely pale white,pale red,red,dark red,pale purple,and dark purple,were used to qualitatively analyze the tongue colors,and the tongue color of each rat at different time periods was determined.The colors were graded on a scale of 1 to 6,with pale white as 1 point,pale red as 2 points,red as 3 points,dark red as 4 points,pale purple as 5 points,and dark purple as 6 points.Furthermore,quantitative data on tongue colors were obtained through tongue color scoring.Results:Analysis of fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin data revealed that the insulin-resistant rat model was successfully created by the 6th week.During the observation of tongue colors in rats,it was found that the tongue color of the rats in the early stage of modeling was relatively lighter compared to that of the normal group rats,mainly pale white and pale red.In the middle stage of modeling,the tongue color of the rats tended to become red,and in the later stage,the tongue color of rats was mainly pale red.Conclusion:Insulin-resistant rats created by feeding a high-fat diet in environments with high humidity may go through the stages of damp-heat and spleen deficiency,which is consistent with the clinical phenomenon that excessive consumption of fatty and sweet foods can easily lead to spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation.Therefore,the change in tongue color from pale to red and finally pale red is in
