摘 要:目的:通过可视化方式展示中医药文化传播领域的研究现状、热点和趋势,以期为中医药文化传播后续研究提供参考与指引。方法:统计分析CNKI数据库自建库至2024年2月24日发表的关于中医药文化传播研究的文献进行检索,运用CiteSpace6.3.R1软件对有效文献的作者、机构和关键词进行可视化比较分析。结果:共纳入中文文献412篇,分析发现:(1)发文量呈先趋于平缓后突然爆发的趋势;(2)发文机构基本为中医药院校,且作者独立发文较多;(3)研究热点主要包括中医药文化、国际传播、跨文化传播、进校园、文化自信等;(4)中医药文化传播可分为两个演变阶段:倾向对外传播阶段(2009—2016年)、倾向对内传播阶段(2016—2024年)。结论:中医药文化传播正逐渐成为中医药领域研究热点,并且中医药文化进校园等传播途径的热度也越来越高。但当前中医药文化传播仍存在深度不足、范围不广、对内传播力度较小的问题。建议要提高传播人员专业素养,提升公众中医药文化认知度,推进中医药文化进校园。Objective:To visually display the research status,hotspots and trends in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)cultural dissemination,in order to provide reference and guidance for subsequent research on TCM cultural dissemination.Methods:Statistical analysis was conducted on literature related to the dissemination of TCM culture published in the CNKI database from its establishment until February 24,2024 CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to visually compare and analyze the authors,institutions,and keywords of effective literature.Results:A total of 412 Chinese literature were included,and the analysis found that:(1)the number of publications showed a trend of first stabilizing and then suddenly exploding;(2)The publishing institutions are mostly TCM universities,and the authors independently publish more articles;(3)The research hotspots mainly include TCM culture,international communication,cross-cultural communication,entering the campus,cultural confidence,etc;(4)The dissemination of TCM culture can be divided into two stages of evolution:the stage of external dissemination(2009-2016)and the stage of internal dissemination(2016-2024).Conclusion:The dissemination of TCM culture is gradually becoming a hot research topic in the field of TCM,and the popularity of TCM culture dissemination channels such as entering schools is also increasing.However,there are still problems with insufficient depth,limited scope,and limited internal dissemination of TCM culture.It is recommended to improve the professional competence of communication personnel,enhance public awareness of TCM culture,and promote the integration of TCM culture into campuses.
