摘 要:中医湿证是一种常见的临床证候,可见于多种慢性疾病的多个病理阶段,同时机体表现出不同程度的缺氧。现通过探讨湿证与缺氧的临床相似性和内在联系,提出缺氧可能是湿证病理变化的重要体现,并深入研究了肠道菌群和代谢组学对缺氧状态的影响,阐明了湿证与缺氧的关系,有助于揭示湿证的生物学机制,进一步深化对湿证发病机制的理解与认识,为中医湿证相关病证的研究提供新思路、开辟新途径。TCM dampness syndrome is a common clinical syndrome,which can be seen in multiple pathological stages of various chronic diseases,and the body shows varying degrees of hypoxia.This paper discusses the clinical similarity and intrinsic relationship between wet syndrome and hypoxia,proposes that hypoxia may be an important embodiment of the pathological changes of wet syndrome,deeply studies the effects of intestinal microbiota and metabolomics on hypoxia state,and clarifies the relationship between wet syndrome and hypoxia,which is helpful to reveal the biological mechanism of wet syndrome,further deepen the understanding and recognition of the pathogenesis of wet syndrome,and provide new ideas and open up new ways for the study of wet syndrome related to wet syndrome in TCM.
