摘　　要：流行性感冒是一种具有高度传染性的急性呼吸道疾病,呈现季节性流行的特征,具有严重的致病性和高病死率。流感病毒的高变异性使疫苗难以有效、及时接种,逐渐出现的药物耐药性问题也给流感治疗带来巨大的挑战。中药复方药物能作用于多个流感的病理环节,如病毒侵入、病毒增殖、系统免疫反应、过度炎症反应、肺组织细胞凋亡等,展现出优于传统单一靶点药物治疗流感的效果,因此在治疗领域展现出良好的应用前景。多种系统生物学研究方法的应用和相关计算机技术的快速发展也加速推动着对中药复方作用机制的研究。本文回顾总结中药复方治疗流行性感冒的研究进展,通过全面理解流行性感冒的相关病理途径以及不同靶向思路和方法,着重于针对复杂临床情况阐明中药复方多靶点治疗机制研究思路与方法,以期为后续不断提升中药复方多靶点治疗流行性感冒及其变异毒株临床价值的科学内涵提供参考。Influenza is a highly contagious acute respiratory disease characterized by seasonal epidemics,severe pathogenicity and high morbidity and mortality.The high variability of influenza viruses makes it difficult to administer vaccines in an effective and timely way,and the gradual emergence of drug resistance also poses a great challenge to influenza treatment.Chinese herbal compound can act on several pathological aspects of influenza,such as viral invasion,viral value-added,systemic immune response,excessive inflammatory response,and apoptosis of lung tissue cells.Chinese herbal compound show better effects than the traditional single-target drugs in treating influenza,and therefore show good prospects for therapeutic application in the field of treatment.The application of various systems biology research methods and the rapid development of related computer technology have also accelerated the research on the mechanism of Chinese herbal compound.In this paper,we review and summarize the progress of research on the treatment of influenza with Chinese herbal medicine,through a comprehensive understanding of the relevant pathological pathways of influenza and different targeting ideas and methods.We focus on clarifying the research ideas and methods on the multi-targeted therapeutic mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine with a view to providing reference for the enhancement of the scientific connotation of the clinical value in the multi-targeted treatment of influenza and its variant strains.
