摘 要:目的:基于超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间串联质谱法(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)技术分析鉴定烈香杜鹃的化学成分。方法:采用ACQUITY UPLC CSHTMC 18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),以0.1%甲酸水(A)-0.1%甲酸乙腈(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在正、负离子模式下进行质谱检测,并结合Waters MassLynxV 4.2质谱数据处理软件、文献报道和数据库的数据进行分析和鉴定。结果:根据质谱信息,从烈香杜鹃中共鉴定和推测出30个化合物,黄酮类化合物18个、其他类化合物7个及未知化合物5个,其中7个化合物通过与参考标准的比较得到了明确的鉴定。结论:本研究采用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术对烈香杜鹃的化学成分进行全面定性表征,为其进一步的药效物质基础研究和质量控制提供了科学依据。Objective:Analysis and identification of chemical constituents of Rhododendri Anthopgonoidi Flos.Methods:Based on ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS),the chemical constituents of Rhododendri Anthopgonoidi Flos were analyzed and identified.The separation was performed on an ACQUITY UPLC CSHTMC18 column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)with gradient elution using 0.1%formic acid water(A)-0.1%formic acid acetonitrile(B)as the mobile phase.Mass spectrometry was performed in positive and negative ion modes,and combined with Waters MassLynxV 4.2 mass spectrometry data processing software,literature reports and database data,to analyze and identify the components of Rhododendri Anthopgonoidi Flos.Results:According to the mass spectrometry information,a total of 30 compounds were identified and inferred from the Rhododendri Anthopgonoidi Flos,including 18 flavonoids,7 other compounds and 5 unknown compounds.Among them,7 compounds were clearly identified by comparison with the reference standard.Conclusion:In this study,UPLC-Q-TOF-MS was used for the first time to characterize the chemical constituents of Rhododendri Anthopgonoidi Flos,which provided a scientific basis for further pharmacodynamic material basic research and quality control.
