加味芎蝎散改善儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘症状与肺功能的研究

摘　　要：目的:评价加味芎蝎散对儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘(Cough Variant Asthma,CVA)的临床疗效,并通过对肺功能指标进行检测,为中医治疗本病提供疗效证据。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年10月收治的儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘患者100例儿随机分为两组,治疗组治疗采用加味芎蝎散加减,对照组治疗采用西药顺尔宁,观察评价中药加味芎蝎散加减在治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘的有效性以及客观指标肺功能改善情况,对比临床疗效。结果:观察组在中医证候学积分、主要症状改善、肺功能改善等方面均高于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:针对儿童CVA采用加味芎蝎散加减治疗的效果显著,能够减轻儿童CVA的症状,改善肺功能。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Xiongxie San in treating children with Cough Variant Asthma(CVA),and provide evidence for its therapeutic effect through testing lung function indicators,thereby forming a distinctive Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment method.Methods:100 children with CVA admitted from January 2023 to October 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Xiongxie San,while the control group was treated with western medicine Singulair.Observation and evaluation of the effectiveness,and objective indicators of lung function improvement in the treatment of CVA patients using Jiawei Xiongxie San were conducted,and clinical efficacy was compared.Results:The observation group had significant differences in terms of TCM syndrome score,improvement of main symptoms,and lung function compared with the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of Jiawei Xiongxie San in the treatment of children with CVA is significant,which can reduce the symptoms of children with CVA and improve the lung function of children with CVA,and has great application value.
