摘  要:为研究低鱼粉饲料中添加酵母水解物对加州鲈生长性能、肠道形态及肝脏健康的影响,本试验以鱼粉含量为35%的高鱼粉饲料为正对照组,以鱼粉含量为20%的低鱼粉饲料为负对照组,在负对照组饲料基础上添加2.5%酵母水解物设为酵母水解物组,配制成3组等氮等脂等赖氨酸等蛋氨酸的试验饲料,使用上述试验饲料对初始体重为(37.26±0.16)g的加州鲈进行为期56 d的饲喂试验。结果显示:与正对照组相比,酵母水解物组终末均重、增重率、特定生长率、成活率和饵料系数均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在低鱼粉饲料中添加酵母水解物能明显降低加州鲈肝脏指数和肠体指数(P<0.05),其中酵母水解物组肝脏指数较正对照组降低了14.85%,肠体指数降低了8.45%,而对加州鲈肥满度、内脏指数和肠体比无显著影响(P>0.05)。在肠道发育方面,酵母水解物组加州鲈隐窝深度和肌层厚度与对照组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05),但酵母水解物组绒毛高度较正对照组增加了77.47μm(P<0.05)。在低鱼粉饲料配方基础上添加酵母水解物对加州鲈血清谷丙转氨酶活性和血清总蛋白含量无显著性影响(P>0.05),但血清谷丙转氨酶活性在数值上低于正对照组34%。在肝脏健康方面,添加酵母水解物对加州鲈肝脏谷草转氨酶活性和碱性磷酸酶活性无显著性影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,低鱼粉配方中添加酵母水解物对加州鲈生长性能、饲料利用效率和肝脏健康未产生显著性影响,但对形体指标及肠道发育有一定改善效果。In order to study the effects of adding yeast hydrolysate to a low fish meal diet on growth performance,intestinal morphology and liver health of California perca,a high fish meal diet with 35%fish meal content was used as a positive control group,a low fish meal diet with 20%fish meal content was used as a negative control group,and 2.5%yeast hydrolysate was added to the feed of the negative control group.Three groups of isonitrolipids,lysine and methionine were prepared to feed California perca with an initial body weight of(37.26±0.16)g for 56 days.The results showed as follows:Compared with positive control group,the final average weight,weight gain rate,specific growth rate,survival rate and feed coefficient of yeast hydrolysate group had no significant differences(P>0.05).The addition of yeast hydrolysate in the low fish meal diet significantly decreased liver index and intestinal body index(P<0.05),and the liver index and intestinal body index in the yeast hydrolysate group were decreased by 14.85%and 8.45%compared with the positive control group,but there were no significant effects on the fatness,visceral index and intestinal body ratio of California perch(P>0.05).In terms of intestinal development,there were no significant differences in the crypt depth and muscle thickness between the yeast hydrolysate group and the control group(P>0.05),but the villus height of the yeast hydrolysate group was increased by 77.47μm compared with the positive control group(P<0.05).There were no significant effects on serum alanine aminotransferase activity and serum total protein content(P>0.05),but the serum alanine aminotransferase activity was 34%lower than that in control group.In terms of liver health,the addition of yeast hydrolysate had no significant effects on the activity of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and alkaline phosphatase(P>0.05).In summary,under the experimental conditions,the addition of yeast hydrolysate in the low fish meal formula had no significant effects on growth performance,feed utilizatio
