摘 要:在无机防水堵漏材料中引入纳米改性络合物制备复合型无机防水堵漏材料,对其抗压强度、抗渗压力和粘结强度等进行测试,利用凝结时间、水化热和化学结合水探究纳米改性络合物对复合型无机防水堵漏材料水化过程的影响,并结合SEM进行分析。结果表明:当纳米改性络合物掺量为0.10%时达到最佳的防水堵漏效果,抗压强度为基准组的110%,抗折粘结强度、拉伸粘结强度、试件抗渗压力较基准组分别提高了24%、50%、41%。添加纳米改性络合物可以促进水化,填充孔隙使结构更致密,从而提高无机防水堵漏材料的粘结性能、抗渗性能和力学性能。A composite inorganic waterproof and leak sealing materials was formed by adding nano modified complexes to inorganic waterproof and leak sealing materials.The compressive strength,impermeability pressure,and bonding strength of the composite inorganic waterproof and leak sealing materials were tested.The influence of nano modified complexes on the hydration process of composite inorganic waterproof and leak sealing materials was explored using setting time,hydration heat,and chemically bound water,and analyzed by SEM.The results showed that the optimal waterproof and leak sealing effect was achieved when the dosage of nano modified complexes to inorganic waterproof and leak sealing materials was 0.10%the comprcssive strength is 110%of the reference group,the flexural bonding strength,tensile bonding strength,and specimen impermeability pressure have been improved by 24%,50%and 41%respectively,compared to the benchmark group.Adding nano modified complexes to inorganic waterproof and leak sealing materials can promote hydration,fill pores to make the structure denser,improve bonding performance,impermeability,and mechanical properties.
