渗透结晶材料对混凝土自愈合性能的影响研究

摘  要:为探讨渗透结晶材料对混凝土自愈合性能的影响,测试了不同养护湿度和龄期下混凝土的一次抗压强度、二次抗压强度及强度恢复率,并进行了SEM分析。结果表明,渗透结晶材料在标准养护条件下能显著提高混凝土的二次抗压强度,在掺量为0.2%时效果最佳。在泡水养护条件下其提升效果并不明显,但长期观察显示,仍有助于提升混凝土的自愈合性能。SEM分析显示,该材料水化后生成大量细小絮状颗粒物,主要生成物为CaMg(CO3)2。尽管该材料对混凝土早期强度的提升效果显著,但也可能导致修复效果无法迅速弥补强度提高的差距,因此在某些情况下,其恢复率低于基准组。总体而言,渗透结晶材料对混凝土性能具有积极影响,尤其在提高早期强度和促进自愈合方面表现优异。To investigate the effect of penetrating crystalline materials on the self-healing properties of concrete,this paper tested the primary compressive strength,secondary compressive strength and strength recovery rate of concrete under different curing humidity and age,and SEM analysis were also carried out on the concrete.The results show that the permeable crystalline materials can significantly improve the secondary compressive strength of concrete under standard curing conditions,especially the best effect when the dosage is 0.2%.However,under soaking curing conditions,the enhancement effect is not significant,but long-term observation still helps to improve the self-healing ability of concrete.SEM analysis results show that the material hydration generates a large number of fine flocculent particles,and the content of magnesium and silica elements increased,the main generator of CaMg(CO3)2.Although the material on the early strength of the concrete to improve the effect of the material is significant,it may also lead to the effect of the repair not be able to quickly make up the gap in strength improvement,so in some cases the recovery rate was lower than that of the unadded specimens.Overall,permeable crystalline materials had a positive impact on the performance of the concrete,particularly in terms of improving early strength and promoting self-healing.
