摘 要:以钛石膏、脱硫石膏、高钛高炉渣为原材料,掺加水泥制备钛石膏基盾构砂浆。研究水泥掺量对钛石膏基盾构砂浆的抗折与抗压强度、耐水系数的影响,并利用XRD和SEM对钛石膏基盾构砂浆水化机理进行分析。结果表明:当水泥掺量为0~25%时,钛石膏基盾构砂浆强度与水泥掺量呈线性正相关,软化系数与水泥掺量呈负的指数函数关系。当水泥掺量为15%,钛石膏基盾构砂浆的抗压强度符合GB/T 25181—2019《预拌砂浆》中湿拌砂浆M10等级要求。随着水泥掺量增加,钛石膏基盾构砂浆中水化产物钙矾石增多,晶体结构间空隙减小,砂浆密实度提高,其强度和耐水性能提高。Titanium gypsum,desulfurization gypsum,and high titanium blast furnace slag are used as raw materials,and cement is added to produce titanium gypsum based shield tunneling mortar.The influences of cement content on the flexural and compressive strength,as well as water resistance coefficient of titanium gypsum based shield tunneling mortar were researched.Hydration mechanism of titanium gypsum based shield tunneling mortar was analyzed using XRD and SEM.The results show that when the cement content is 0~25%,the strength value of the titanium paste based shield tunneling mortar test block is positively correlated with cement content.The softening coefficient of titanium gypsum based shield tunneling mortar specimens exhibits a negative exponential function relationship with the cement content.When the cement content is 15%,the compressive strength of the titanium gypsum based shield tunnel mortar test block reaches the M10 grade of wet mixed mortar in GB/T 25181—2019“Pre mixed Mortar”.As the cement content increases,the hydration product calcium aluminate increases,the gaps between crystal structures decrease,the compactness of the titanium gypsum based shield tunneling mortar increases,and its strength and water resistance performance are improved.
