摘  要:针对非开挖注浆修复技术的技术特点,提出了大体积空洞病害应采用膨胀型高聚物注浆材料,小体积空洞病害应采用微膨胀型高聚物注浆材料的技术观点。通过试验研究了催化剂、发泡剂用量对膨胀型高聚物注浆材料性能的影响以及催化剂、环氧树脂用量对微膨胀型高聚物注浆材料性能的影响。结果表明,膨胀型高聚物注浆材料B组份的配合比为胺基扩链剂用量5%、匀泡剂用量0.5%、催化剂A33用量0.5%和发泡剂水用量1.0%~1.5%。微膨胀型高聚物注浆材料B组份的配合比为胺基扩链剂用量5%、匀泡剂用量0.5%、催化剂T12用量0.2%、环氧树脂E51用量10%。Based on the technical characteristics of non excavation grouting repair technology,it is proposed that expansive grouting materials should be used for large volume cavity diseases,and micro expansive grouting materials should be used for small volume cavity diseases.The effects of the amount of catalyst and foaming agent on the properties of expandable high polymer grouting material and the amount of catalyst and epoxy resin on the properties of micro expansive grouting material were studied through experiments.The results showed that the mixing ratio of component B of the expansive polymer grouting material was 5%amino based chain extender,0.5%foaming agent,0.5%catalyst A33,and 1.0%~1.5%foaming agent water.The mixing ratio of component B of micro expansive grouting material is 5%amine based chain extender,0.5%foaming agent,0.2%catalyst T12,and 10%epoxy resin E51.
