摘  要:在蒸压轻质混凝土内配制纤维增强复合材料筋笼(FRP筋笼),采用特殊中空法夹层工艺,制成带有加强肋和中空构造的轻质混凝土条板,其中空构造层内壁自带一层防水涂层,中空夹层构造中灌注双组份发泡聚氨酯制得装配式蒸压轻质混凝土复合保温墙板(VPR板),是一种保温一体化的轻质自保温复合墙板。对VPR板的保温、隔声、耐火及抗弯性能进行试验研究与理论分析。结果表明:300 mm厚VPR板的传热系数为0.24 W/(m^(2)·K),空气声计权隔声量可达46 dB,耐火极限大于2 h;抗弯承载力约为设计值的2.7倍,具有足够的安全储备。In the autoclaved lightweight concrete,fiber reinforced composite material cage(FRP cage)was prepared.A special hollow method of sandwich technology was used to prepare lightweight concrete panels with reinforcing ribs and hollow structure,inner wall of the hollow structure layer has a waterproof coating.Assembled autoclaved lightweight concrete composite thermal insulation wall panels(VPR panels)was prepared by filling two-component polyurethane in the hollow structure of the sandwich structure.It is a kind of heat preservation and self-insulation composite wall board with integrated lightweight.Experimental research and theoretical analysis of the thermal insulation,sound insulation,fire resistance and flexural performance of VPR board was carried out.The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of the 300 mm thick VPR board is 0.24 W/(m^(2)·K),the air-acoustic weighted sound insulation is up to 46 dB,the fire-resistant limit is more than 2 h,and the bending capacity is about 2.7 times of the design value,which is a sufficient safety reserve.
