摘  要:以生石灰+熟石灰+碳酸钠激发矿粉-粉煤灰凝胶材料替代传统的水泥基粘结砂浆,通过试验优化多种配比,开发出了一种新型低碳瓷砖胶粘剂,研究了激发剂掺量、乳胶粉种类和掺量、保水剂掺量、水料比对瓷砖胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明:激发剂掺量宜为5%~7%;掺入丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯胶粉能显著提高瓷砖胶粘剂热老化拉伸粘结强度,掺量为2.0%时,热老化拉伸粘结强度达到1.16 MPa;掺入纤维素醚能显著提高砂浆的保水性,掺量宜为0.15%~0.25%。A new type of low-carbon tile adhesive was developed by replacing the traditional cement-based bonding mortar with quicklime+hydrated lime+sodium carbonate activated mineral powder-fly ash gel material.The influence of activator dosage,rubber powder type and dosage,water retaining agent dosage,and water to material ratio on the performance of ceramic tile adhesive have been studied.The results indicate that the appropriate dosage of activator is 5%to 7%.The incorporate acrylic-styrene gel powder can significantly improve the heating and aging stretching and bonding strength of the tile adhesive.When the doping is 2.0%,the thermal aging tensile bonding strength reaches 1.16 MPa.The incorporation of cellulose ether can significantly improve the water retention of mortar,and the recommended dosage is 0.15%~0.25%.
