摘  要:为研究可溶性金属盐对水泥的泛碱抑制效果,配制了氯化镁的水溶液和乙醇溶液、氯化铝的水溶液和乙醇溶液,并分别涂刷在水泥试块表面进行试验,利用Image-pro plus软件进行了水泥试块泛碱程度的定量分析。结果表明:氯化镁溶液和氯化铝溶液均对水泥泛碱有较好的抑制作用,泛碱抑制效果顺序为:50%氯化铝水溶液>45%氯化铝乙醇溶液>30%氯化镁乙醇溶液>30%氯化镁水溶液。XRD表明:可溶性金属盐能和水泥水化产物氢氧化钙发生化学反应,生成难溶性沉淀,吸附在水泥颗粒表面形成保护层,阻止水泥水化的钙离子从内部迁移析出,从而抑制泛碱现象。In order to study the inhibition effect of soluble metal salt on caustic penetration of cement,this paper prepared an aqueous solution of magnesium chloride,an aqueous solution of ethanol,an aqueous solution of aluminum chloride and an ethanol solution,and carried out a brushing test of cement test blocks respectively.Image-pro plus software was used to conduct a quantitative analysis of the degree of caustic penetration of cement test blocks.The results show that both magnesium chloride solution and aluminum chloride solution have a good inhibition effect on cement caustic soda.The order of alkaline inhibition effect is:50%aluminum chloride aqueous solution>45%aluminum chloride ethanol solution>30%magnesium chloride ethanol solution>30%magnesium chloride aqueous solution.XRD results show that soluble metal salt can react with cement hydration product calcium hydroxide to form insoluble precipitation,which is adsorbed on the surface of cement particles to form a protective layer to prevent cement hydrated calcium ions from migrating out from the interior,thus inhibiting the caustic phenomenon.
