摘　　要：以改性有机硅树脂乳液为主要成膜物质,添加硅酸锂、滑石粉和氟硅酸镁等无机材料,再辅以渗透剂等助剂,制备改性有机硅混凝土表面增强剂,研究了基础乳液、硅酸锂、滑石粉、氟硅酸镁和渗透剂用量对表面增强剂性能的影响。结果发现,以20%固含量改性有机硅树脂乳液为基料,然后加入3%滑石粉、4%硅酸锂、5%氟硅酸镁以及1%渗透剂制备的改性有机硅混凝土表面增强剂喷涂在C30混凝土后,渗透深度能达到12 mm,黏度、pH值、成膜时间符合JC/T 949—2021《混凝土制品用脱模剂》的要求,冻融稳定性符合GB/T 43273—2023《农药冻融稳定性测定方法》的要求。表面回弹强度提升率为19.4%,表面回弹强度提升效果较好。With the modified silicone resin lotion as the main film-forming material,modified silicone concrete surface reinforcement agent is prepered by adding inorgaaic materials such as lithium silicate,talcum powder and magnesium fulorosilicate,as well as auxiliaries such as penetrant.The influence of the content of basic lotion,lithium silicate,talcum powder,magnesium fluorosilicate and penetrant on the performance of surface reinforcement was studied.It was found that when the modified silicone resin lotion was diluted to 20%solid content,and then 3%talcum powder,4%lithium silicate,5%magnesium fluorosilicate and 1%penetrant were separately added,the penetration depth of the modified polymer concrete surface reinforcement in C30 concrete could reach 12 mm.The viscosity,pH value,and film-forming time meet the requirements of JC/T 949—2021"Release Agents for Concrete Products",and the freeze-thaw stability meets the requirements of GB/T 43273—2023"Determination of Freeze Thaw Stability of Pesticides".The surface strength improvement rate was 19.4%,and the rebound strength improvement effect was good.
